So there I am, an ugly yak
An unhealthy noob
Getting all jiggly with jumping jacks
With my cheddar cheese man b***s

Pushin to hard
While looking like a tard
I guess I wouldn't look so worthless
If I wasn't doing this while shirtless

I'm not bringing the boys to the yard
This milkshake has soured into lard
But maybe if I keep up these exercise moves
I'll get rid of these goddamn cheddar cheese man b***s!
