She's a bully

You never realize how powerless you are until you get cut off by and 80 year old woman on a two cycle scooter in a Walmart parking lot. She then proceeds to park her scooter illegally and walk in the middle of the drive lane while holding up traffic.

What do you do about that situation? Nothing, she has all the power!
