The BreakupA Poem by JordanI see a hundred faces
everyday,
I don't see you.
I talk to a hundred
people everyday,
I don't talk to you.
I was heart broken
when I heard those words,
How did you say that,
when I loved you so much.
I saw you laughing
with all your friends,
But you didn't notice
me as if I am no one.
How did you want me
to react, when you ignored me
like this,
Yes I was angry, but
wasn't it fair when you did this?
I wasn't able to sleep
for eight nights after what you said,
But when I saw you
were all good.
It was like nothing
happened in your life,
Only someone was gone.
I saw you smiling with
all your friends there,
And everything was
alright.
What was it that I
wanted more than your attention,
But you were always
busy with your friends.
What was it that I
wouldn't have done to be with you,
and you treated me
girl that I am a no one for you.
Why didn't you try
more than once,
It was like you were
bribed to do this to a no one.
I remember every time
you said this before
I made you understand,
But this time was different
as for you it didn't matter.
I will stay away from
you now, and never be near you,
I never mattered and
now I won't even try to.
All I wanted was your
attention, but now I don't want it.
I understood what I
deserve and won't ask for more,
I will never be a part
of your life, that's for sure.
I have made a decision
and will follow it,
And will never see
you like I used to before this.
Just remember me as a
part of your life which is gone,
Just remember me as another
"someone". © 2013 JordanReviews
