A tale of heartfelt reunion with someone special.

So finally we met again,
Our reunion ignites a radiant gain.
You said it's just two years,
And I recall those midnight drafts and infinite prayers.

Sitting together in the auto,
Was like a dream came true.
Hey! Did you notice me blushing?
Everytime I bumped into you.

That moment at the restaurant,
And those awkward silences.
It was all so special
Your every small glances.

How gently you treated me,
It was all so sweet .
I wonder how should I thank,
That special warm treat.

I don't care if it was normal,
But I smiled everytime you showed some concern.
Enhanced my love even more,
When you asked me to text after reaching home.

Throats frozen with nervousness,
While I had so much to say.
I hope you could read in my eyes,
How deeply they longed for you to stay.

I wish you knew how much I yearned your first touch,
When you gave me that high five.
Turned the spark of emotions,
It really felt like a paradise.

Hey ! Leaving it upto you one last question,
Is it too much to ask for meeting once again?
I wish I could capture those every special moments,
And replay them everyday,every minute and every seconds.

You made our first meeting so memorable,
I hardly believed my fate.
Hey, do you mind this anyways?
If I consider it our first date.
