"The Day We Met"

Still remember the day we met
That summer evening
And that wonderful sunset
Probably nothing to you but I'm stuck there yet.

Still remember the warmth of your arms,
Those sweet talks and your charm.
Your eyes assured my insecure heart
That falling in love won't hurt.

Somewhere I knew they were all lies,
But couldn't resist falling for your deep brown eyes.
Well ! Accepted that goodbye with a regretful sigh,
Though mere dreams,those moments thrilled the entirety of my life.
