Ode to Grecian ShellsA Poem by I Shred This CabbageR.
I leave my voice to a poet,
who has already
Scavenged the silences I have bruised my mouth against. Again and again, I bruised my mouth against The deep well of her beauty. I fell in love with her breasts, Rising and falling, behind a Grecian cosplay. I knew no other man could perceive The pale advance of desire, peering From behind the small ruptures in her modesty. A deeper silence, To bruise my mouth against, Again and again. © 2024 I Shred This Cabbage |
