A Little More RelaxedA Poem by R. Gene MacDonaldAll about learning to breathe again, and sleep at night without trembling.Candle light, lamp light, of late it hasn't mattered. Seretonin hit a roadblock, ebb and flow of dreams, gone.
A little more relaxed, as I go to sleep tonight, The power of medicine in tow, the power of mind subued.
A little more relaxed as I inahle my white pill, they took me from 50 to 100. I sleep now, with vivid colors.
The ebb, the flow, the all night crashing of waves against the sands of my overdrawn brain have returned. I am a little more relaxed.
