The panicA Poem by Shorty28Due to my mental health I have panic attacks I thought I'd try to describe how they feel
I just close in on my self and I look like a statue on the outside, dnt even blink, just stare without even seeing while my head screams in a senseless tornado of negativity, it's like torture!
Motionless, yet so fast I take a deep breath in and let it back out I take another and slowly release I feel my heart beat begin to slow down Everything around me becomes more real! Here come the cold sweats I begin to shake! I knew this would be a big mistake I feel the rage begin to seep, It can't come out, it mustn't show, Hold it in, stop the creep...... The outside world can never know! © 2017 Shorty28 |
