Three Poems

Three poems I wrote last night

 

WRONGFUL

 

A father should love his daughters,

A Father should love his sons,

A Father should love his close-ones,

For the rest of his life,

Yet a Father who hates his loving daughters,

A Father who hates his Loving sons,

A Father who hates his close-ones,

Yet a priest who is hard and cold,

To all he meets,

End up to be a sinner at the least,

 

SINS

 

Sins are for lust- the thing that makes us do unsightly things,

Sins are for Gluttony- the thing that makes us drool,

Sins are for Greed- the thing that makes us want,

Sins are for pride- the thing that makes us want to succeed,

Sins are for envy- the thing that makes us want to be someone else,

Sins are for wrath- the thing that makes us want to hurt the ones e love and hate,

Sins are for sloth- the thing that we do after all of that.

 

HEAVENLY VIRTUES

 

Heavenly virtues are for faith- the thing that makes us believe,

Heavenly virtues are for hope- the thing that makes us live on,

Heavenly virtues are for charity- the thing that makes us give to others,

Heavenly virtues are for fortitude- the thing that makes us brave,

Heavenly virtues are for justice- the thing that makes us do right,

Heavenly virtues are for temperance- the thing that makes us have self-control,

Heavenly virtues are for prudence- the thing that makes us pick right
