profound

profound

A Poem by Shirlena

looks down sight capturing cerulean with lips aimed

her eyes upwardly intense skin surrounded…

touched with a raven wash…of little matter

she had no ideals nor entertained this predicament

his originating of sunsets glowing orange

calling with a name never revealed but written in ink

imagined it could never happen yet we are caught whispering

kisses close to each others ears

caught among clouds resting on mounds with fear subsiding

masculinity mixed in her discreet pleading deep lullabies
