honestly, you need a lot of work. In a good way.
this could be really great if you get an editor. i would help you, only because i love Harry Potter so much and have written a fanfiction book myself about his kids, and i know that this could be a great piece of work. you are very sketchy.
you jump around, the use of adjectives would be great and some verbs too. you could provide a background as well on the characters, explaining who they are in a way
