Rainbows Feel Like Materials and Taste Like Things You Probably Shouldn't Eat

Rainbows Feel Like Materials and Taste Like Things You Probably Shouldn't Eat

A Poem by Sunny

Sweet,

Kind of sickly so though,

A little iron like,

Sugar that's been sitting in a jar full of pennies and water,

Mostly silky,

Smooth like tumbled stones.

Dirt like?

Dirt and sour candy,

Maybe like if you dropped a lollypop in mud,

And then you forgot to clean it off,

A little pointy,

Sharp and warm.

Bitter and a bit sour,

Electric,

Also pointy,

Probably more so than the last one,

Or thin rubber,

Like the ends of ear buds.

Plant like,

I ate a flower once and this is what it tasted like,

Flowers and pencil shavings,

Plastic like,

No it feels more like a foot,

Silk?

A silky plastic foot.

Sugar,

Sugar mostly,

Very thin,

Like tulle fabric I suppose,

No it's lace,

Lace is a lot nicer that tulle.

Soda,

Bubbly and really sweet,

Really smooth,

And crush velvet,

A little furry but more like silk,

Definitely crush velvet.

Cherrys and a lot of sugar,

Very sweet,

Spotted silk,

Yarn and smooth pebbles,

Very silky though.

Oil and chocolate,

Really thick,

Chocolate bread soaked in oil,

Super silky,

Thin and silky,

A little wet like.
