Letting Go

Letting Go

A Story by Sherwette
"

"Mini Saga: A short story told in exactly 50 words. Not 49. Not 51."

"
I tipped one foot in this ocean and another in a whole new world. I decided I will let loose and go for the whole new world. My neck slightly tilted to the back and a mild voice whispered “If you still want to try don’t let go just yet.”

Love the short story. It's really an art to say everything in so few words but makes it all the more powerful. Undiluted.

I liked...a mild voice whispered.

Loved the ending. There is always hope. Thankyou.

I love the idea of only 50 words. I'll be the first to admit that its harder to write a short story then a poem or book.
Now with that said...
I loved this. It left a trail of wonder.

I like this...........one foot on the shore and one foot in the water, a perfect balance...

Yes there always is a new world, leaving the past one should look for the new world. I love this writing. Please carry on.
