fear..."they" keep talking about it like they're some kinda experts;face your  fears,you need to do what you fear the most,fear only exists in your mind,etc...hey,GENIUS !if you're so smart darn why don't you tell me what to do if I don't know what the heck I'm afraid of?!you know what?take me for example I have no idea what the fudge I'm afraid of..I'm like hesitating about everything..I am brave,but sometimes fear just pop out of the blue and suddenly I'm no longer free..a total prisonar,but in a virtual cell,at least a real one can write on his  cell walls,can shout out loud asking for freedom,but a virtual one  can  never do that or he'll be concidered as a fool with no walls to write on..so , to the "they" people if you ever see me  screaming don't look at me like a lost monkey because you have no idea about what the shmurr is going on inside this mind...so give me an answer or  shut the full  cup

I agree; these "experts" are full of ..... "Feel your fear" they glibly counsel. But how can you embrace something buried deep in your subconscious, forged in your childhood by some event that, even if you could remember, you would dismiss as inconsequential.

So unlike "them" I won't insult your intelligence by telling you how to conquer your fear with some bull.... trite catchphrase. But I will say this, and hopefully it might offer a little consolation; there is not one person on this planet who will not suffer the pain you describe.
