Paradise; Deep Forest's Song of Truth

We live our lives

Shrouded in falsehood and lies

Standing frozen in this spot of time

 

Without the strength to search

Without drawing our own maps

People vanish into infinite darkness

 

These wounds that won’t heal,

We don’t need them anymore

We will hold back our tears and walk on

 

In this deep forest

We will hear the song of truth

That will guide us to paradise.

 

Please teach us how to live

That way even when we get hurt

The song of truth will be our guide

 

We will walk on for a shed of love

For the days without fighting

For an undiscovered paradise

 

Feeling this song of truth

It will flow through our hearts

And to the castle in the sky

 

We will keep walking

All the way to tomorrow

And forward to the future.

 

We will follow this song of truth

Until our bodies rot away

And we can fly once again.

 

Fly over the deep forest

In search of the light of eternity

In the paradise of the song of truth.
