The road

The road

A Story by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of Poetry

Highways form

Highways of blood and sand

Of lies an d deceit

Cruelty pathes the way

To a brighter day

A day of peace

To form the definitive crease

of Pain and Pleasure

The establishment crumbles

Let us rejoice for the pathway to the end

Will take us home again

I love the last stanza the most. It connects with my opinion perfectly. It's yet simple, sweet and delicate. A beautiful piece too. This is my favorite one from you so far.
