The lonely manA Poem by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of PoetryHe sits alone Just playing away on his guitar Alone
Alone in a world of sultry anger Of woe and misery Waiting for his dream girl The one that will make him smile
A flicker of red appears Alerting the man Then a pair of chestnut eyes With curves like an hourglass Flowing curves like waterfall trickling down a stream
A smile of pure beauty One as red as the finest venetian wine And teeth as white As the finest ivory
The man drops his guitar He begins to walk to this angel in disguise He feels his heart warm Beads of sweat form "Is this the one?"
