Intolerance in vain

Intolerance in vain

A Poem by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of Poetry

I suffered then

And you will suffer now

Break me down then build me up

To be honest...

I’ll just break you down

I’ll be vicious

I’ll burn you

I’ll beat you

And guess what

I won’t say sorry

You never wanted more than to hurt and lie

And all I ever really wanted was you

Stay inside your head

I’ll stay in yours too

Keeping the pain in

Keeping the fire alight

This unity is the end

Don’t forget all I ever really wanted was you

And if I can’t have all of you..

Then i’ll just take your soul...

I admire the brutality of this poem.I love the whole plot behind this exciting write. The yearning desire for something out of reach.Such a dark but lovely poem.Great Job!

wow this is so sad and scary

It is amazing how desire can turn from love to hate so quickly. I like the internal conversation and story in the poem. A very strong ending to a outstanding poem. I like it all. Thank you.
