Pandamonia

A Poem by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of Poetry
"

Long time no write! Here we go again....

"

About the clouded moon

Perched upon high

Like a proud unfallen star

I teach thee darkness from earth and red sea

A vision of malefice

A shrouded veil of terror

I was born of Venus

A demon of vanity

I shall be the forbidden pleasure

The emerald wine of inhabition

Grant me thy dark command

And you shall be granted an immortal soul

But darkness shall come to take you for their own.

A classic and indulgent piece that reads well.

Welcome back!

I like this dark read and the imagery you used. Interesting take that Venus bore a demon child, but it could just be mythos that I have not read into yet. Wonderful job here!
