            I want to dedicate this book to the loving memory of my brother Aaron Shepherd who has recently left this world and gone beyond the looking glass. I also like to thank Vicky Shepherd, who has recently left this world and gone beyond the looking glass. I also like to thank her sisters Cindy Shepherd and Kathy Shepherd for sticking by me when reading and giving advice on how this book came about. But most of all, I like to thank my Aunt Margret Cotwellar and Doris Shepherd, my original grandmother, and my other relatives.
