Please don't touch me

Please don't touch me

A Poem by Sheila Marie Carr

Please don't touch me

Or rub your fingers across my skin

For it makes me withdraw

And revert deep within

Please don't touch me

You are a liar and untrue man

Your seduction is no longer welcome

So please reframe your hands

Please don't touch me

Or brush your lips across mines

It's revolting and submissive

To penetrate my mind

Please don't touch me

You cannot make me feel

The one thing you destroyed

The love for you was real
