Flammable heart

Flammable heart

A Poem by rhymeaway

Our fireplace was damp and cold,
3 years of separation would be it.

Oh the number of firemen to put out just one dangerous fire!
I could say I was treated for 4th degree burns.

Yesterday we met after long and you still spoke with your notorious smile,
And I knew I'd burnt down as a whole then and there.

Burning down the house. Next time leave the fireplace alone. I enjoyed this tale, led to logical ending. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

Thank you for reading!
Its beautiful and so free, that it really leaves a lot in the creative and story area. I liked it. It tells a stroy of a reignited love that once had blazed.

Thank you for reading!
Disarmed, drained and defeated all by a simple smile that numerous firemen could only fan the flames :~)
Don't read more into that because of the smile ha, ha, I think you did a very nice job, I give it for out of five Clap! Clap! Clap! Clap!

Hahah thank you so much!
A notorious smile will draw you in no matter how long the separation has been. Some emotions never die. Lydi**
