FickleA Poem by L.G. KnightYou called me again today With yet another of your problems And I wondered (not for the first time) Why I even bother
You call me all the time Yet all you do is complain Talk bad about those around you Never anything good to say
You tell me how your health fails An no one even cares Everyone try's to run you life You can deal without them there
You want to get back on your feet But all you seem to do is fall And when you tell that man "No" Back to his arms "he makes" you crawl
Nothing seems to go right And you're always getting screwed But have you ever thought You problem might be you
Additude determines altitude Someone once said So with a change of additude You could put your problems to bed
I am tired of listening Nodding and giving advise That I have previously repeated (not just once or twice)
The only one that can change your life Happens to be you So get your mind set Figure out what you want to do
'Cause sooner or later when you call I won't be able to be there For you to b***h and complain to And your negativity to share
And when that finally happens You'll really be in a pickle Unless you get it together And stop being so damn fickle! © 2008 L.G. KnightReviews
