Valentines Day

Valentines Day

A Poem by L.G. Knight

Valentines Day

Victorious over differences
Adoring lovers stroll streets
Listening to the sounds of the night
Eyes locked only on each other
Never allowing entrance of doubt
That maybe, possibly this won't last
Insecurities have no place here
N ever could this NOT last forever
Easy in each others company
Sharing subtle touches of love

Dinner was wonderful
After the dancing
Young Lovers stroll down the street, on Valentines Day.
