An account of Yesterday, today, and tomorrow...

Yesterday,

A river of tears was cried for you

A fume of anguish was inhaled for you

A blizzard was conceived for you

A heavy anchor was cast for you 

Today,

A forest of hope is grown for you

A deck of cards is shuffled for you

A musicians song is played for you

A cloudy sky is cleared for you

Tomorrow,

A thousand candles will be lit for you

A broken heart will be patched for you

A blank canvas will be painted for you

An oceans storm will be calmed for you

I love this...the structure and flow...the repetition is great. I wouldn't change anything...very good..."A thousand candles will be lit for you," I'm just not sure, has this person died? Or is this just an expression of commitment that the writer has for this person?

"A blank canvas will be painted for you". I like it because it shows the future is unknown and I like the whole last verse the best.

I like the structure in this poem. Its so simple and it didn't put me off reading it.
