The Castle Suspended by StringA Poem by SheActsLikeSummerI live in a castle...I live in a castle that's suspended by string high above the clouds It passes over crystalline lakes a reflection distorted and rippled between a mass of lilies Ground dappled with red and orange bare branches reaching into the night to pluck the shining stars Flowers wilt on dying grass lightning flashes, thunder booms and rain stirs the mud Sun beams on thriving earth blooming flowers dot the valley like splattered paint on a blank canvas I live in a castles that floats on the sky and listens to the wind
