Air

Air

A Poem by Shazbatt969

Disease
brings me to you, my lover
Poison
draws me in, like a pre -
menstrual shark
Sickness,
I bring you, every time we
                                         meet
Caress
      my open sores, give impetigo
                                         tongue
Broken limbs
scalded flesh
An intuitive cancer lump of
                                 despair
Enters me
when I near your smile
I remember pain from you
still now, it brings us closer
exchanging
            scabs and scum
in the wounded night

phew.. good to know, maybe I will sleep tonight now :)
The sheer debauchery of this brutal, shocking and base piece overwhelms the reader with such visual torture. You take such a subject and butterfly it on our plate.
