Until we're lonely again

Until we're lonely again

A Poem by Shazbatt969

We'll keep these tears and smiles
Until we're lonely again
The laughter
and the fights
and the pain
and the love
We'll keep the sound of thunder
Close to our hearts
Roaring, echoing the sky
A flash of Lightning
Igniting
Two clouds colliding
We'll keep these memories
warm and safe, tight,
Until we're lonely again

Indeed we often do not see how fortunate we are until we are left lonely again. You set this out in a lovely sad but clever freeverse poem Sir!
