What is a true friend?

What is a true friend?

A Poem by Kimberly Azalea

Is it someone who's never there for you?

Uses you?

Abandons you?

And acts like you're never there?

Is it somone who puts on a mask?

Covers their true selves?

Do they ever say that they don't trust you?

Think that they would be judged by you?

I must tell you that a true friend is not that way.

They are always there for you; through thick and thin.

And look up to you for the same

They would never judge you

or ever think you would judge them.

They would always trust you unless something were to break that trust.

They would never use you for their convenience.

They would never abandon you,

or leave you to the buzzards.

Even when we argue, we try our best to solve our issues

Talk it out...if they don't even make an attempt to fix it...you don't need them,

because they are not a true friend.
