Encounter

  Winds gust. Eddie woke up to a sight he had never seen.

  ''Is this?'' Eddie rubbed his eyes to get a clear vision of the scenery around him. ''An island?'' Pushing to get up, a shadow trudged towards Eddie. He wondered and asked the shadow, ''Do you know what I am doing here? To clarify, why am I on an island?'' No response came out of the shadow's mouth. Then, the dark shape disappeared. ''What a mystery.''

  A loud gasp came out of the mouth. ''Hey, you okay?'' The girl tapped on the boy's shoulder.
 
  The boy could only open his eyes halfway and felt hopeless. He shrugged. Just as he could unlock his vision, he gulped. A girl with dirty blonde hair and sapphire-colored eyes was staring at him. ''Beautiful.'' Those were the sole words he could speak out.

  The girl questioned, ''What's your name?''

  ''My name? My name is-'' The boy pondered. ''I don't know.''

  ''You're a weird one not knowing what your name is. My name is Aluna.'' ''Aluna means the goddess of the moon. Since you don't have a name, I'll choose your name if you don't mind.''

  ''Uh, that's okay with me. I don't mind.''

  ''You look like a piercing sword, so Kensu!''

  ''Kensu.. that sounds a little-''

  ''Do you have any problem with that name? I gave you your name so be thankful!'' Aluna snapped.

  ''Ok, ok. It's cool, it's cool.''

  ''Say it like you mean it!''

  Kensu growled and shouted, ''You're beautiful but you're a MONSTER!!''
