SHE

A poem voicing that women are no less than men and on some fronts even surpass them.

It was one of the darkest nights,
Everyone had turned off their lights,
Even the bravest men were full of fright.
To go out alone without a soul in sight,
Was something that required a lot of might.
But there was someone who decided to take up the fight,
To battle all the odds and swim against the tide,
For a future that was perfectly bright.
To show the stereotypic society, she has the power to take decisions that are right.
To enter space and reach new heights.
To stand upright;
To indite;
And to reignite.
That was SHE.
A mother, a sister, a wife, a daughter.
