CreationA Poem by Jonathan LeeIn the beginning God laughed, and the laugh saw that He was Good.
The Lord danced on the waters, and all the world rejoiced.
He reigned in the clouds, and the sky smiled at His touch.
He raised up the land, and it tremored with delight.
Trees burst from the ground, and the Lord smiled in return.
Life sprung into being, and it knew Love. Joy. Peace. Freedom.
In the beginning all was good, and the good was all God saw. © 2016 Jonathan Lee |
