Lost Kings and QueensA Poem by Shannon PearceDeep regret
You often flitter across my mind,
I wonder how you've been. If life is being kind? Do you still think of me as your queen? Whenever I think of love, My first thought leads to you. I know what we had is lost, I don't know what to do. I wonder if it could be different now, If only we had tried. Is there a way to reignite this somehow? Or has our love well and truly died? © 2016 Shannon PearceReviews
