Everything is not ok

Behind my smile I mask the pain

A lifetime of self-inflicted wounds

Stemming from abuse that was out of my control

I laugh and joke like nothings wrong

But deep inside I really know whats going on

The ones who said they loved me and were supposed to care

Just vanished and disappeared into thin air

I know my love was always there

Where are they now, where did they go?

Whether they know it or not they will forever live in my soul

I forgive them for they know not what they did!
