![]() CloudsA Poem by Shaly Laevulins![]() Random![]() A blanket of blue we call the sky Covered in puffs, that resemble cotton. Like apparitions of ghosts We can see but never touch. Though the mist of their presence Leaves a chill in your bones. They come and go, in calm and rage. Moving in a pattern we cannot see. Like the beat of a drum only they hear. I look and the sky and consider what I want And what the future might bring to me. Like the clouds, you never know until they’re upon you. In my future, I could be like a cloud.
