An ode to all the lost fairy tales and stories of fiction.

Lost And Forgotten

Lay waste and make haste

Of pages left unturned

Stories made of fiction based

Till nothing left, the mind will yearn

Ages pass and stories grow

Now and far apart they shine

Dotting the sky like stars they glow

Forever and ever happily lived well

Often not those tales will sell

Returning to our minds to dwell

Growing on us until our thirst they quell

Over and over they come and go

Though our minds they cannot shake

Though our hearts they sometimes break

Even in the end, sad it may be

New pages await for our eyes to see

I've always rather enjoyed writing as a hobby. It's a great way to escape the boring real world and create your own fantasies and realities. To shape worlds in your head and watch as they grow and dev.. more..
