This reminded me of unconditional love. How, no matter how much a person is hurting and how many things they have to deal with...you'll always be there for them. No matter what. Like a, ride or die thing you know. Like, you love them either way!

I felt the same way a couple of years ago but things went south and that person... died. Its good that it can connect to people with or out without losses, I had someone else with me reading it and they thought so.

Nice. I really like all of the different styles of poetry you write. The first several of yours I read were in the same voice, but now I see you have many different styles and voices to write in. Cool!

Three thoughts.
First, try to make every line start with a different word--in this case you have two "I'll" right after one another, and the feel redundant.
Second, standby should be stand by.
Third, I would make the last line simply "Never forget." "That" is such a boring word to use to end a poem!
