Keep your emotions strong everyone

Hey now, come on now

It's alright if your emotions are strong

Fighting the hate

Wading through the darkness

You are strong,

And they all know it

You hold your ground

As they try to break your resolve

In the end you, stand above the rest

And your never gonna come down

Because you know the secret

And you use it to save those in need

It won't matter, if the sky falls around you

They will never bring you down

So come on now

It'll be alright because your emotions are strong

Author's Note

We must all stay strong and help those who believe they can't be. If you seeing someone being bullied, stand up for not only them but yourself. This is our world, let's make it one where we call can stay emotionally strong.

This poem makes me very happy. In a society where everything that's said is "kind of" and "sort of" or "whatever", it's hard to say something that is actually bold and isn't the least bit hesitant. We're all searching for approval and we don't own up to what we say for fear that it is "wrong." The tone and the message of this poem both tell me that it's okay to be bold, and to be my own person with my own emotions. "In the end, you stand above the rest/And you're never gonna come down." Pure inspiration :)

I love this very much and yes we are all strong and some of us stronger than others so that we can help those in need. But us strong people helping others also need help and saving as even though we are strong on the inside something completely different is happening.
