lost love

lost love

A Poem by Wolf
"

siting at home missing her

"
I loved you more than I have ever known
Those starry eyes
Those tender lips
You made my heart melt
Then boil into a roaring fire
I now know
What my eyes could not see
You are the only one that is for me
Many nights those tears flew
Being myself without anyone
Anyone to care about the thoughts
Looking at the sky and knowing
Many mistakes I had
Many mistakes I have had

Then boil into a roaring fire

LOVE this line. LOVE it.

I can relate exactly to this poem. EXACTLY. Word for word.

Damn. I'm sorry honey. Sorry because...well, I don't know what that pain is like, but I imagine it must really hurt.
Well, hey, on the bright side, these tragedies make for great poems, eh? Heh. Heh...
And this is proof of that. :)

When we look back at the mistakes. Leave us weak and sad. I like the complete poem. The ending was very good. Real life leave us with the great possibility to disappoint people before we can make them happy. A outstanding poem. Thank you.

Short, sweet and to the point. Love is the only force in this existence that can render a soul in twain on a universal scope. No other force does have such effect. Beautifully expressive, love the flow and meter. Beautiful repetition of specifically poignant points. Great work!

What a touching poem that I think you've put in a way that we can all relate to, reminding us that we are all human.
