Beating heart

Beating heart

A Poem by Wolf
"

i was bored

"

He sits in a corner crying;

wondering why he is here.

Alone and lost he doesnt know what to do;

stay here and be safe or try again and get hurt.

This beating heart slowly fading with every passing day;

without her he is lost with no where to go.

He's use to this it's not the first time he's been hurt;

cowboy up he tells himself.

But he doesnt beleave it.

This is a great poem. I love the way you wrote it and how it feels like you've lost the greatest love of your life, and you're telling yourself to get over it because it isn't that big of a deal, that you'll find someone better. And you will. :-) I hope you're doing okay.

Love,
Sarah.

First the medicine, then the sugar; Very last line, "believe". Now for the sweet,very sad, yet a tiny bit of hope, all of us know getting up and trying again is so hard, but the potential reward is so great.. You express emotion too many are not brave enough to voice. You have written a very courageous poem.

Good poem, my heart ached for the boy. Descriptive and articulate. Might want to fix misspellings though.
