Lazy Air Against Nutty Dreams

Lazy Air Against Nutty Dreams

A Poem by Shadow

Why must I feel this way?
Rip out my heart and do away with me.
You make me want death.
You make me weep
As loneliness seeps through my veins
I look at myself with shame
The key is to stay in place
But instead I look away
A stomach that twists in pain
And a world that turns in vein
What a lovely life this has been...
Grind my bones
And gouge out my eyes
My mind has ended so why shouldn't I?
So please hit me until I bleed
Make my cries turn into screams
I just want the coldness to seep in
So my life...
Can finally...
Begin.

Author's Note

Shadow
(Chuckles) So different from the title but I meant for it to be that way. XD I want a happy upbeat title but yet have it deceive the mind.
