From her eyes, From his eyes.

From her eyes, From his eyes.

A Poem by Shadow
"

You decide what it's about after all a picture is worth a thousand words...Err poem I mean...Umm rate if you like. But actually this poem is about two people who thought they knew eachother and how they slowly grow apart from eachother.

"

From her eyes I see,

the dreams that lie within.

From her eyes I see the hope she shares with all.

From her eyes I see,

the bloom of a new love coming on.

From her eyes I see,

the pain that she feels.

From her eyes I see...

The heart that needs to heal.

From her eyes I see,

How much he means to her.

From his eyes I see,

The pain he has felt.

From his eyes I see,

everything that he has been hiding.

From his eyes I see

the lies that he has been denying.

From his eyes I see how much he hates her so.

From his eyes I see the long lost puppy that just cant let go.

From his eyes I see his hatered for all.

i'm new to this, and i'm not experienced with using any kind of technical term, but i love the message and imagery this poem conveys. it's a bit of a cliche story, but the way you worked it flows well. i enjoy the line "the pain that she feels" versus "the pain that he has felt", because it contrasts her innocence and his experience.
i would suggest dropping the last line though.

Really good poem! I'm not entirely sure how you meant it, but I kind of see two people who thought they knew each other, but have only begun to realize who they are and what they mean to each other. Your poem is very eloquent. Good job!
