A Request for All

A Request for All

A Poem by ShadowWolf
"

"In memory and honor of all those who now serve and those who have gone before."

"

I ask all of our friends to take a few moments and read the following pieces. These are not about politics. Each piece is an attempt to help people understand a just a little of the debt we owe to those who have and do serve this great nation; it is an attempt to explain what those thousands of men and women have given and suffered.

I ask that each of you ask your own friends to read these also. Perhaps there is someone who will come to understand what Memorial Day really means.

Thank you.

I'm not only extremely touched by what I read but also saddened at my delay to read it.

Bless you for doing this and forgive me please for taking so long to get here.

Thank you for sending this. I didn't get to this until today (Tuesday), but that doesn't mean I can't honor those men and women today, the day after Memorial Day - in fact, we should honor them everyday, not just one day out of the year.

Take Care and Much Love.

I've read it and commented. It is wonderful!

When I say Happy Memorial Day, I truly mean it, Bob.
