Tick tock, tick tock

my clock is telling me

that I am late, I'm late

for a very important date.

 

The queen has called me to her castle, 

the cards are surrounding me

falling all around.

It is clear that I was late

for that very important date.

 

Oh no,

there goes

my small white fluffy head.

Falling to the ground 

like the cards I saw before.

 

The red queen

holds no mercy for me in her heart

nor for anyone else.

 

If it wasn't for her jabberwocky, 

a beast so large and cruel,

we'd have taken back our kingdom.

It would have been her head that fell.

 

Tick tock, tick tock

my clock is telling me

Author's Note

Obviously I was inspired by Alice in Wonderland, it is in the view point of the white rabbit.
