Awaiting deathA Poem by Shadow666Poem about abuse...Awaiting death
I sit in silence, close you death, I hear the footsteps of someone near. I feel overwhelming sorrow, as I slowly shed a tear. I feel the strike of hatred, of someone I once held near. I cry out loud, shaken, as I am overcome with fear. The crimson mark of sorrow, as I slowly chose to die. I do not wish to see the morrow, I yell at the midnight sky. All I want is to feel no pain. As I slowly say goodbye. All I want is to see no quarrel, over which my life is gone. Tomorrow you will not see me, until you hear this song.
