Believe me

I made a wish to find the perfect love

A heart that would be mine and mine alone

My soul longed for love for so long that it had begun to lose hope

So many nights and days spent alone that i began to grow cold

Our love, that dream was the only flame that could keep me warm

Still i wait for my wish to come true, spending every moment hoping for you

Only knowing that the thought of your pain, can sting me deeper than any blade

Ready to run by your side at all times my love I await your call

Running thorugh sun and rain, to protect you from all harm that comes your way

Yet always fearing that i could be your greatest pain, can you forgive me for my selfish ways
