Make Up Is The Best Camoflage After AllA Poem by Evangeline Allyson MonroeThis is like the exact opposite of my poem Porcelain and Plastic. :)
Primped and polished,
Adorned with ornaments of an upper class. Personality built on sand, A self esteem of glass. This is not me, But this is who I want to be! To be skinny and slim, Perfectly poised, perfectly prim. I just want to fit in; Is that such a sin? I think not After everyone forgot about me. Left Me Alone, I need them to clearly see Who it is I can be: Perfectly disastrous, Confusingly concise, Realistically pretend. Now I must become my own worst enemy. © 2012 Evangeline Allyson MonroeReviews
