I'm Not Alright

I'm Not Alright

A Poem by Evangeline Allyson Monroe
"

Read the first letter of every line like an acrostic poem. :)

"

I cannot let

Myself care;

No one else cares.

Only I am left

To care for myself.

A forgotten memory, or a

Languid pool of pity,

Really, I am the only one.

I need to stop, though.

Get out my knife,

Hurt away the sorrow,

Take away the pain.
