Prologue: Worlds

Prologue: Worlds

A Chapter by Shade Teller

We have been told that in each world exists an equally spectacular world, each one unique in its own way. There are many examples of such worlds. One can travel to the deepest part of the sea and find a place entirely alien to visitors. Creatures that one would never even dream of would wander by their faces. One can look under a microscope and see similar results in small drops of water. Countless of other worlds exist in our everyday lives but most of the time we overlook these strange lands because we are distracted. Mainly these distractions come by the more insignificant problems of life. It sickens me to think that most people spend their time around such small things such as T.V. and game systems which never have permanent value.

Most of these unknown realms are usually undisturbed and left as they always have been.  However, now and then comes the time were our world may collide with another. For example, an oil spill o man made fire will cause damage to the lives of animals or ecosystems for years. Then there are the times when man may hunt an animal or species to extinction. But how often does another world disturb ours. Only rarely. When it does, how often do we really take notice. I am about to relay to you, dear reader, of my experience where our world was affected and barely noticed. Unfortunately, the world that had first affected us was changed, and almost destroyed.

I shall leave my name unknown and leave it to you to try to find who I am. All that you need know is that I am fully capable of being the teller of this story due to a power that I possess. I have been able to see into the past, and everywhere in the present, but only barely into the future. I have seen the lives of everyone that was brought into this story from their beginning to their present life. Such a power one might use to their advantage, but being able to see things such as this have their dangers and their terrors. Such a story might be considered fantasy but by the world but in my heart it will always remain true. Maybe once you are done reading, you will come to the truth that has been hidden by the world

I begin this tale with the town that became a selective door to the world of magic. The world of Caladonia.
