SEASONSA Poem by Shabeeh Haider
Can seasons be ruled by your mood?
You laugh at times, at times you brood.
Your loving look makes flowers bloom, One smile from you drives away gloom. Each time a tear falls from your eye, Black clouds appear, the heavens’ cry. You turn away and autumn’s here, The garden’s bare, leaves disappear.
Your soft caress has made me greet, In cold December, summer’s heat.
